RETURNS & EXCHANGES


RETURN POLICY

We offer FREE returns on adult clothing items within the first 14 days of your purchase. Baby onesies are final sale.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any other items in our store.

Returns will not be accepted on digital products (including but not limited to eBooks and online courses) or gift cards.

Follow the below instructions when making returns/exchanges.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

Faulty Items: If a product is faulty in any way, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to replace your product with a new one.

Please follow these instructions when requesting a replacement for a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us at hello@travelandculturesalon.com.

  • Include your name and order number.

  • Provide a digital image of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem.

  • If the fault cannot be verified over email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection before we can issue a replacement.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Repackage your product in its original packaging.

  2. Email us with your intent to return at hello@travelandculturesalon.com.

  3. Please include your name and order number in your email.

  4. We’ll email you back a return label.

  5. Print out the label and affix it to your package with the purchased item.

  6. Drop off at the designated shipping carrier.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
